What if I sent the wrong amount or wrong network?

If you sent less than 20 USDC or used a network other than Polygon, the verification will fail and you won't get Pro access. Email us with the tx hash — we'll either refund or apply credit, depending on what's recoverable.

Does the 30 days renew automatically?

No. Crypto subscriptions can't auto-charge. You'll get a reminder email a few days before expiry and pay again to renew. No surprise charges, ever.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — if you didn't use Pro alerts for the first 7 days, we'll refund 20 USDC to your sending address. Reply to your confirmation email to request.

Why USDC on Polygon instead of card?

Most Polymarket users already have USDC on Polygon (it's the network Polymarket uses). Card payments add 3% fees and require KYC; this is faster and cheaper. We may add Stripe later.

How fast are alerts?

Cron runs every 15 minutes. When a market crosses your EV threshold, you'll get an email within 15 min of the next scan. Emails are deduped — you won't get spammed about the same edge.
